1. Who We Are
Welcome to NoraVilo. These Terms apply to purchases made through our online store and to your use of our website.
NoraVilo is operated by LAM ECOM LIMITED in cooperation with Barbora Gebertová, the previous store owner, who continues to assist with the management and operation of the business.
Barbora Gebertová remains the registered Shopify account holder while the formal ownership transition is being completed.

Existing orders remain subject to the terms and merchant information provided when the relevant order was placed. The parties' operating arrangement does not retrospectively change historic order or payment records. We can clarify the contracting party for a particular order on request.
2. Products and Information
We aim to describe our products accurately and provide clear information about their intended use.
Product images may vary slightly from actual packaging or appearance. Customers should read the ingredients, directions and precautions provided on the product label before use.
Information provided on our website is not intended to replace professional medical advice.

3. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you offer to purchase the selected products at the price displayed during checkout.
An order is accepted when we confirm it. We reserve the right to contact you if a product becomes unavailable or if payment or order information cannot be verified.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will provide a refund as required by applicable law.
The checkout displays the total order amount, currency and available payment methods. Any applicable shipping charges, taxes or other mandatory charges payable to us will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
Where additional import duties or customs charges may apply, we will provide the information required by applicable law before purchase.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Orders are currently dispatched from our fulfilment facilities in China and delivered through international and local shipping partners.
Delivery times are estimates. Your legal rights regarding delayed or missing deliveries remain unaffected.
For consumer orders, the risk of loss generally transfers when the goods are delivered to the customer or a person nominated by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

5. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Rights
NoraVilo offers a voluntary 30-day return policy, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
Where applicable, EU consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase after receiving their goods, subject to lawful exceptions.
Certain sealed products unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons may be excluded from statutory withdrawal once unsealed.
Discounted products are not automatically excluded from statutory cancellation rights.
Products that are damaged, defective or not as described remain covered by applicable consumer guarantees and statutory remedies.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Website Use
Customers agree to provide accurate information when placing orders or contacting our team.
Our website may not be used for fraudulent activities, unlawful purposes or activities that interfere with its normal operation.
All website content, trademarks, images and designs remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.
7. Website Availability and Liability
We aim to maintain reliable access to our website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We remain responsible for our obligations under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability relating to statutory consumer rights or fraud.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
9. Governing Law and Complaints
Purchases are governed by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections or access to competent courts available under the laws applicable to the customer.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our operations, services or legal obligations.
Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove rights or alter terms applicable to previously placed orders.
